LUNDASPELEN – A Socially and Economically Sustainable Force to Be Reckoned With!
Lundaspelen is organized by LUGI HF and carried out with the help of over 650 passionate volunteers – from leaders and officials to youth and parents.
Together with the dedicated volunteers from our partner clubs, they contribute over 10,000 hours of their time every year. This amazing commitment would be worth millions if measured in work hours.
For us, it’s all about heart, passion, and building a future together with our teams and our sport.
The Social and Economic Impact of Lundaspelen is Significant
The tournament engages the entire city and municipality. It generates nearly 59 million SEK in tourism-related economic impact, with over 54 million SEK within Lund’s municipality alone. Beyond being a powerful economic driver for the region, it’s about everything that grows around the event:
