HOW TO GET TO LUND

Go by train
Lund Central Station is located in the middle of the town, which makes the train the best option for travelling to Lund. There are very good connections to Gothenburg and Stockholm with express and intercity trains. From Stockholm, there is even a direct night train (www.sj.se). Local trains take you to/from Copenhagen central station within 55 minutes up to 6 times per hour. From Copenhagen there are six to seven connections per day from Hamburg, which takes approximately 5 hours. For the best overview over train connections, check www.bahn.de.

Go by bus/coach
You can catch a bus to Lund from many of the largest cities in the Nordic regions. One operator with routes to Lund is Nettbus/Bus4You. For trips from the rest of Europe, it might be worthwhile to check bus connections to Copenhagen, and then continue by local train (www.skanetrafiken.se) to Lund. Flixbus has direct connections to for example Berlin and Hamburg.

Go by car
Lund can easily accessed by car. It is situated just 20 km north of Malmö and approximately 50 km north of Trelleborg Harbour. In the central city of Lund, you generally need to pay for a parking place. If you park where it is not allowed, it is very likely that you get a fine.

Travel by air
Lund is accessible via Malmo Airport and Copenhagen Airport. You can take a local train directly from Copenhagen airport that takes 40 min to Lund. From Malmo airport, you can go to Malmö Central station by coach (www.Flygbussarna.se), which takes 40 minutes, and continue from there by local train to Lund (Skånetrafiken), which takes about 15 minutes.
