The venue representative and referees should call the head of competition no later then 15 minutes after the game. The coach of the team protesting should also be nearby.
Please be prepared to answer the following questions:
• Which game is it – age, group, etc?
• In which venue has the game been played in?
• Which teams are involved in the game?
• Who were the referees?
• What happened?
