Bag ban at Sparbanken Skåne Arena

Since November 1, 2023, the Swedish Police Authority has issued a decision to ban all bags at major events in Sweden. For information from the Swedish Police Authority, check the website for the latest updates.

During the Lundaspelen, this ban is effective only at the Sparbanken Skåne Arena on

• The opening ceremony 26th December and the matches that follow afterwards
• The Elite matches 28th and 29th December
• The day of the finals, 30 December – the whole day and the whole Arena.

No bags, regardless of size, are allowed in. Please leave your bag at home and keep your belongings in your pockets.

During the evening events and the day of the finals, only the players of the teams who have matches inside the Arena can bring their sport bags inside.

As this is also the day of leaving your accommodations, we will provide space to store your luggage at the stands to the football fields next to the arena. Please see the signs on the day to guide you. 

Exceptions are made for:

• persons who need to bring a bag for medical reasons
• persons with children who need to bring a nappy changing bag
• smaller camera bags

Please note that bags will be checked by staff at the entrance.
