Para Handball

App – “Lundaspelen Handball”

  • Download from App Store / Google Play.
  • The Lundaspelen App contains game schedules, sports halls, live scores, and more.

Arrival, Check-in & Accommodation

  • Check-in takes place directly at the hotel or school assigned to you. 
    To see which accommodation you have, log in to your account on the Lundaspelen website or app, no later than 10/12. 
  • Mandatory online check-in, link to be provided in December. 
  • Physical check-in at the accommodation provides you with your travel card, included in the accommodation cost. 
  • Check-in at schools and hotels: from 15:00 on 26/12. 
    If you arrive earlier you can wait at Sparbanken Skåne Arena. 
  • At our school accommodations, Lundaspelen hosts are present. 
    They are there for your safety and to assist you and your team. 
    The hosts are the official representatives of Lundaspelen, and their instructions must be followed. 

Check-out & Departure

  • Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on December 30th.
  • For those staying at a school:
    • The room (classroom) must be cleaned and restored to the same condition as when you arrived.
    • Feel free to take a photo of the room upon arrival – it will help during check-out!
    • The cleaning must be approved by a Lundaspelen official on-site before you leave the school.
  • For those staying at a hotel:
    • Check-out is according to the hotel’s own procedures and with their staff.
    • Ask about exact times and rules when checking in

Cup Pass (QR Code)

  • A digital QR code is required for accommodation check-in and all meals. 
  • It can be found on the team’s page in the app. Share as needed via SMS, image, or printout. 
  • Extra cup passes can be purchased on 26/12 between 15:00 and 20:00 at the Info Center (1400 SEK). You will receive a physical transport card and meals in school halls. Read more here…

Discipline / Zero Tolerance

  • Alcohol, drugs, and fireworks are prohibited.
  • Teams with violations risk exclusion.
  • Always follow our Code of Conduct 
  • Lundaspelen is a “Friendly Game” – meetings, joy, and new friends! We hope for a great atmosphere and good sportsmanship! Together we create memories for life!

Final Day (30/12)

  • Bags are prohibited in the stands – bag storage is available outside Sparbanken Skåne Arena.
  • Players can bring their match bag, but only to the designated area.

  • 15 October– Last date for registration 
  • 1 November– Last date for payment of all fees 
  • 10 December – Match schedule and accommodation information released 
  • 26 December – Arrival and opening ceremony. Check-in at schools and hotels from 15:00 
  • 27 December – Group stage begins 
    • Lundaspelen Mini: One-day tournament for 8-year-old girls 
  • 28 December – Group stage ends 
    • Lundaspelen Mini: One-day tournament for 8-year-old boys 
  • 29 December – A-, B-, and C-playoffs, as well as finals for B/G 9-10 and C-finals: 
    • B/G 9-10 play A/B/C finals in the evening 
    • B/G 11-19 play B- and C-finals during the day 
  • 30 December – Check-out, finals for B/G 11-19 and departure! 
    • B/G 11-19 och Special Class play A-finals (the last final will take place around 16:30)

Livescore & Streaming

  • Follow matches in real-time via the app or website.

  • Collected in the Info Center on 30 December.

  • Valuables are handed over to the police after one month.

  • Breakfast from 06:30, lunch and dinner according to the schedule.

Opening Ceremony – 26 december

  • Time: 20:00 at Sparbanken Skåne Arena.
  • More information will come closer to the games.
  • Show, flag parade, matches. Free entry – be on time! You won’t want to miss this!

Participant List

  • Must be registered before the first match.
  • Handwritten lists will not be accepted.
  • Update via www.lundaspelen.com if necessary.

Payment

Categories A (school), C (private accommodation), D (local teams):

  • The registration fee per team must be paid within 10 days of registration.
  • The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
  • All fees must be paid by November 1st.
  • Always provide your registration ID when making payments.
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations that are not fully paid by the deadline.

Category B (hotel accommodation):

  • The registration fee per team must be paid within 10 days of registration.
  • A 25% deposit of the total amount must be paid within 30 days of registration.
  • The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
  • All fees must be paid by November 1st.
  • Always provide your registration ID when making payments.
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations that are not fully paid by the deadline.

  • The online shop opens after the summer.

Showers

Shower in the hall where the match was played- it is not possible to shower at the schools

Transportation & Travel

  • Travel cards (for public transport) are included in the accommodation package.
  • Valid for buses, trains, and trams within Skåne.
  • It is possible to request help with transport from Lundaspelen Transport group – only if other options are not available. Link will open in December
  • Important: Plan your travel with extra time – teams must be at the venue 15 minutes before the match!
