Category A, C, D:

• The registration fee per team must be paid within 10 days of registration.
• The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
  All fees must be paid no later than November 1.

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations that are not fully paid within the deadline.

Category B (hotel accommodation):

• The registration fee per team must be paid within 10 days of registration.
• A deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid within 30 days of registration.
• The paid registration fee is non-refundable.
• All fees must be paid no later than November 1.
